We are still looking into it as I would suspect at this time we are going to put it to the win 10 update, we'll have to look a bit deeper to see how it affects the aircraft as it has not been an issue with v5.

Let's give using the MULTIMEDIA TIMER a try and see if you are able to observe the required results.
-
From the tests that I have conducted after updating my laptop to win 10 2004 I was able to observe the issue reported by the OP, had it not been for this I would not have been able to offer it as a suggestion. This is one of the reasons that we…

Well the cpan has additional features that can allow for manipulating timer sources within the addon. In your cpan it looks like you are currently set to the QUEUE Timer, I will suggest that you set it to MULTIMEDIA timer and run the test again. …

Are you using tomato shade or something similar?
-
So after doing some additional digging into your issue, I have a few questions. * Are you using the new windows10 2004 update? * On your CPAN under the SYSTEM tab, what is the timer set to?
-
Fair enough, which as I mentioned we'll look into as we continue our testing.
-
Your test still is not one of substance at this time. This does not tell us how the aircraft is loaded in terms of passenger and bags. If the aircraft if lightly loaded it is going to burn much less fuel even at a low altitude of 15,000 feet. If …

You are not serious? ... So just fly straight for 2 hours, and expect me to replicate this issue?

One could always try the flight again and see if the same results are replicable. Or even post the supporting data here if u have the time I'll run a test and see if I can replicate it... Although having the exact weather for that flight would be i…

Although we are not providing support for this platform as of yet, just telling us fuel is off by 1000kgs is insufficient for anyone to offer support not knowing weather conditions during flight (which as you are aware can have an impact on fuel con…

Well you have changed the the default setting of the CPAN, in your image the REFRESH RATE is FAST, try slow and see if the result is the same. Another question the I may have for gotten to ask was - were there any changes made in the mjc84.ini, a…

* Have you attempted as a test running the Q400 without any third party addons. * Have you messed with any of the default timing setting within the CPAN?
-
Have you initiated the DTO followed by normally the number of the starting point (airport)? This should then overlay the FP into the MFD
-
Hello, Have you checked the RATE within the SIM, sounds like the RATE make have been slowed down to 1/2 or 1/4. This would be the first place to check based on what you are describing.

Copy... We don't support ts driven issues Cheers

have a look at the 2nd post in this thread Cheers

We will note than likely be sticking with the nose gear lighting system as that proved to be the more effective regarding external lighting.
-
It does not have to be another livery, it can be the same livery that is reloaded.

The thread above practically spells it out for you. have a re-read. Cheers, and keep us posted

Sorry....

No you did jot. All updates when pushed are accessible via the USER Area on the Support tab of the Majestic Software website.

A flight control check should allow you to see if controls are working prior to taking the active for takeoff. Although your issue has to be compounded by another underlying issue, not a common issue. Especially if you are not able to replicate it…
