Hello, * Are these by chance older files that were used with the previous versions of P3D v3? If so delete all files with the *.mj1 and *.mj2 extensions. One can now attempt to save a new scenario and see if the result is the same. * If th…

I'll have a look at your situation to see if it can be replicated. However, it could be that the FMS is in a semi paused as it searched for all applicable data pertaining to that runway. http://majesticsoftware.com/forums/discussion/comment/1074…

@CMBAviator Just to be clear "FORCE FEEDBACK" functionality is not a requirement for pilot training, which I am sure you are well aware of. We have not used or been given a chance to test one of the Brunner yokes. However, the capability for …

Very likely or possible that the Condition levers are at MIN and not MAX, they must be at MAX for takeoff, or as @bravomike mentioned - The spoiler switch MUST be in the TAXI position prior to commencing the takeoff config check. The following co…

It is has been added to the bug list for sure
-
Correct, plus there is an update available via the USER AREA here on the MJC website
-
Kindly email us at Support Be sure to provide your credentials use for the purchase of the Q400, and provide your explanation as well. Thanks
-
@rob stays connected specifically when? It is not necessarily uncommon when seeing the GPU during the loading screen or after the aircraft is loaded into the simulation platform
-
Hello, I would start with these simple steps: 1. Re-install from the Vendor from which you purchased the Q400 2. Install using Administrator Rights by right-clicking on the installer
-
Ok... This would have been the latest installer for the P3D v3.4 Cheers
-
For P3D v3.4 the version you are seeing on the ISI during power-up (1.020b), would be correct....and it should also be the corresponding installer/patch number which you should have available in your User Area.
-
I am not close to my machine to verify this but this link or other on the internet should be able to provide you with gaining access to your SimObjects Folder https://flyawaysimulation.com/news/4795/
-
Normally have the Q400 installed for two separate flight sim platforms is not usually an issue, and an easy workaround for proper utilzation of the CPAN for both platforms is either to go into the respective CPAN folders and execute them from there …

We'll make an official announcement regarding PBR functionality when we have made a final determination if it will be added to this project. Cheers

Simply purchase the upgrade for the 64 bit version from the vendor you originally purchased from.

@bobsk8 We do have personal lives as well>>>>> The information you seek is readily available via our News page. http://majesticsoftware.com/mjc8q400/news.html Cheers

There are no 'countdown' annunciations on finals; I get "2500" but nothing further i.e. 100, 50, 40, 30 etc. This is possible and is usually activated by having the decision height set on the PFD. There is also nothing at Take Off i.e. "80 knots…

Hello, 1. Are you installing the addon using administrative rights by right clicking on the installer? 2. Are you changing the intended location of where the addon should be installed by chance? It's been a while since I have used SE b…

The 64 bit version of the Q400 for prepar3d v4. X is a separate purchase. **The FSX version will not work in P3dv4** If are you are interested in purchasing the 64 bit version... Then simply go to the vendor from which you originally purcha…
-
The nose wheel steering, if planning to use via the spoiler axis function needs to be assigned specifically to the input device of choice AND you are to ensure that its functionality is visible via the CPAN utility.
-
Did you purchase the correct version as there is a 64 bit version specifically for Prepar3d v4.x
-
Unable to give you an exact answer.. Not knowing how your sim is setup. During our testing this was seen during the early stages of beta, but normally the aircraft would load without the GPu. This however should not affect the loading and oper…

No worries... Cheers

It appears that your engine intake heaters were not switched to the ON position. The aircraft assumes that during such cold temps on the ground there may be ice/snow ingestion at the engine intakes, especially if you were sitting on the ground for …

Ckyliu, is correct. The FSX version of the Q400 is compatible with both versions of FSX (Boxed and Steam Ed.) Cheers

The panel states are on the right side of the panel under "Cockpit State". If this is not visible then it simply means that you do not have the PRO Edition.

There seems to have been a de-synchronization issue, but also using two different AIRAC cycles will certainly cause an issue.
