Is this happening at all airports? Have you attempted to un-install and re-install? Are you using any 3rd party light add-on? Keep us posted... Thanks!

@aua668 Pushing a single fix would be a bit on the non-productive side as there several other fixes that need to be addressed. While I do not have a time frame on the next update it is certainly in the works. Cheers

Very likely if it was configured in the mjc84.ini with a "-" in front of the syntax for tiller then it would cause the reverse action of what was expected. Or if setup in P3D's joystick binding and the axis was reversed then this too could cause an…

Hello, Are you by chance using the BLOOM effect. If so reduce this off turn it off as it has the tendency to ever-exaggerate the lighting effect.

Hello, I would recommend un-installing the aircraft (Ensure that all files have been deleted from the root folder of your P3D. If after the installation you have the folder "mjc8q400" in your airplanes folder then delete it). Re-install using …

Well it is not a matter that we don't have a clue, but more so a simple fact that this has not been an issue reported as a possible bug, so we have had not the need to trouble shoot. I don't like hinting that it could be another add-on as that ma…

While we are not using Win11 in the test facilities, we have several users using the platform without issues. I would recommend un-installing he aircraft and re-install using Admin Rights by right clicking on the installing and "Run As Administra…

This feature will not work with the Q400 due to the platform on which the aircraft was developed (it a unfortunate limitation).

Contact SUPPORT via email as mention in my previous thread with the information requested and an explanation of your issue.

I build each route that I fly manually to ensure its accuracy, and since I very likely will not fly that route again it's pointless storing them. Your issue could be triggered by many variables, its just a matter to trying to determine what it is…

Not a priority at this stage in the game, but maybe down the road - No guarantees.

Hi @KaptenEk Will add this to the list of items to review for a future patch. Thanks for the heads up Cheers

@flugmatz (Matthias), Thought I responded to your last post, apologies. Have you been able to sort the issue? I do understand that it can be a bit frustrating as it was when I first discovered it back in the early stages of testing he PRO, mai…

Good to to hear that you are good to go, as you had me scratching my head there for a minute, since the only thing to cause issues of that nature would be an incorrect DLL Cheers

Hi @19pecker67 Test performed: Assuming this is what you mean here is a test performed. If this is not what you are referring to then provide kindly provide example(s) of your issue. If this is what you are referring to to then there has…

We can not provide support for our lighting if there is a third party source that may be a conflict. Have you tried disabling spotlights to see if the lights work? Cheers

Movement may not be visible due to the fact that this may not have been modeled. However, the test is performed as it out to be "systems-wise"

Thanks for the info, we'll make this a discussion piece to see what the underlying issue may be . Cheers

Are you able to replicate the issue?

@ha5mvo The OP's issue was during high speed cruise to which @MASTER_WARNING_PTR responded, which is not common to the original issue of the nose dive event during approach. Granted he did also mention if he is close to the ground it is unable to…

As @Jax_in_BC mentioned increasing the second knob from the left which is the "glareshield lighting" will increase the chronometer. This issue has existed long before the Visual Extension, and as @MASTER_WARNING_PTR mention it is in the list of thi…

One is always welcome to change sound files by increasing volume via audio tools. When the files were created they were intentionally done that way so that it did not sound like the FA was sitting in your lap. And just like in the real aircraft…

The Q300 for FS2004 AND FSX will not work on the P3D platform.
-
The training edition for the Q400 is not for MSFS 2020, it is ONLY for Prepar3D v4.5 and v5.3 The Q300 is only for Fs2004 and FSX, and there are no further development plans for the existing Q300 software for P3D. We will make the appropri…

You have the most current version. Just that the update was not reflected for the stby ISI. If you look at the documentation you will see the correct version.
-
We are aware of the issue, and is driven primarily due to the aircraft and the way it is modeled outside of the simulation platform.

Ok, copy tgx for the update

A bit difficult to try and assist not knowing what other programs that you may be running along side your P3D and Q400. The ARCDUs in the Q400 are not Benedix King radios. If you run the Q400 without any other addons running are you able to repl…
